Our Aim

At BlueFort we are committed to reducing our environmental impact, and ensuring that we make a positive contribution to the wider community.  In addition, we believe in providing a supportive and positive working environment for all our colleagues, and engaging with partners aligned to our environmental mission wherever possible.

Our People

Our employees are vital to our business, and we operate an inclusive hiring policy, ensuring our employees can work productively in a safe and supportive workplace.  We are committed to adhering to the Human Rights Act 2010 and the Modern Slavery Act 2015.  We enable all employees to participate in varied and continuous personal development opportunities, and celebrate their milestones and personal achievements.  

Our Commitment to the Local Community

We consider it our responsibility to give back to the local community, and we continually review the ways in which we do, seeking new opportunities to make a difference wherever possible.  We also support our staff in individual and team charitable endeavours.  

Our management of resources and commitment to the environment

At BlueFort, we understand our responsibility to reduce our impact on the environment.

We have a rigorous recycling policy, and recycling facilities on-site, and encourage all our staff and visitors to follow good recycling practices and appropriate use of electricity.

We use fresh drinking water dispensers to reduce water waste, and reusable cups and crockery for all employees and visitors to BlueFort. 

We minimize energy consumption through efficient technology and practices.  We also encourage the use of electric vehicles and support remote working, to minimise the use of vehicular travel to and from our offices.

We have adopted a tree-planting policy to offset our carbon footprint as part of our continued ongoing commitment to reducing our environmental impact.
